**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Develop and manage relationships with influencers (KOLs and KOCs) in the Asia Region, ensuring long-term, stable partnerships with high-quality influencers.
- Expand and manage overseas KOL resources, including signing contracts, content creation, review, and publication across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
- Understand the operational mechanics of various overseas social media platforms.
- Identify and leverage current social media trends to proactively plan and execute hot topic dissemination.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin as a working language is highly preferred due to collaboration with global stakeholders in China.
- Extroverted personality with strong communication and learning abilities.
- Diligent, reliable, and able to handle pressure while embracing new challenges.
- Familiarity with overseas promotion channels and collaboration methods; proficient negotiation skills and existing influencer resources are preferred.
- Strong skills in creative writing, planning, and execution.Willingness to travel for business purposes.
