
Accounts Assistant

Handle the full spectrum of finance & accounting matters, including management reporting, taxation & monthly/annual accounts closing.
- Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Corporate Secretarial matters
- AR - Invoice/receipt entry, Invoice report printing, Statement of Account, Credit control, Ageing Receivable Report
- AP - Bills / SOA Reconciliation, Ageing Payable Report
- Payments - e-Payment, GIRO, payment advice, wire transfer, credit card payment, Director/Staff claims/crew remittances etc
- Prepare GST quarterly report and submission
- Prepare audit schedules - Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss items. Liaising & attending to audit and taxation matters
- Ad Hoc duties as and when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
