Business Development and Compliance Manager

To maintain corporate viability and feasible business policy, foster positive business positioning in the industry to become most preferred business partner with potential clients.
Attends Executive meeting/Operations review
Prepares correspondences (vertical and horizontal)
Prepares and draft Standard Operating Procedures
Attend to client's complaints, issues and concerns
Prepares PLRD grading audit report
Prepares Risk Assessment Report
Prepares and conduct Security Survey Report
Prepares and complies Request to Quote(RTQ) and Tender Documents
Support to Human Resource:
Prepares and draft disciplinary actions to erring employees
Prepares notices of promotions and career development of employees
Prepares, evaluate and review tender documents and service contract
Formulates and Conducts Staff Satisfaction Survey and Bench marking Management Representative /Coordinator (Compliance, Business Development and Special Projects)
Liaise with the certifying bodies such as WDA, PLRD, Business Certification etc.
Prepares pre-requisite supporting documents outlined by the certifying bodies
Outlines specific responsibilities and duties (JD) of each members of the technical-working group for each special projects
Collates and submits mandatory requirements as required as well as company’s compliances in adherence to the requirement set by the regulatory and certifying bodies
Ensures that Management is properly guided on subsequent requirements set by the certifying bodies
