Our esteemed client is a renowned international sporting brand with a strong presence in Singapore and Malaysia. To further bolster their financial performance and decision-making processes, we are actively seeking a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their Singapore-based team.

The position requires a high level of analytical prowess, financial acumen, and a collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams in achieving the company's financial goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and take responsibility for the budgeting process, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Review financial assumptions, conduct pipeline reviews, and highlight risks/issues to prepare monthly forecasting, annual budget, monthly flash, and strategic plan exercises.
- Engage with category managers and management to discuss and review monthly management reports.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly financial results and business drivers, while performing forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with business units and key stakeholders across the organization, providing market insights, finance-related analysis, and recommendations.
- Support business initiatives by building business cases and creating financial models to assess feasibility before presenting to management.
- Analyze revenue, margin growth, and cost spend trends in the market and internally, offering interpretations, insights, and actionable strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and contribute to ad-hoc analyses on complex business issues.
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and enhance stakeholder management through support on ad-hoc projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, coupled with significant and relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a closely related field.
- Profound understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and adeptness in employing various analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate intricate data into practical insights.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools, and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual, displaying independence and a meticulous eye for detail.
- A collaborative and proactive team player, capable of thriving in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
