Job Description:
Duty & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and business and expand the Company’s distribution reach.
- Engage in market research to develop new accounts with potential customers.
- Present and sell products to current accounts and monitor stores’ sales result. Ensure timely delivery of sales budgets.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets/ forecast and to project the number of contacts to be made among sales team.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field visit.
- Identify sales prospect, prepare presentation and proposals. Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
- Communicate new product, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field visit to marketing and Deputy Area Manager.
- Monitor and coach team members in marketing team to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Conduct presentation and liaising with franchisees for business expansion.
- Monitor and drive sales growth with existing accounts to ensure overall monthly and yearly budget is met.
- Assist in marketing events such as seminar, launches and educational activities.
- Provide on the job training to new team members, on-going coaching and sales training to the marketing team.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in business related fields
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of team lead experience
- Added advantage if relevant experience in retail / skincare / beauty industry
- Results oriented, resilient and agile, in order to adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and committed team player
- Excellent people management skills
- Aggressive and strong sales acumen
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 2 years (required)
