Job Brief

We are looking for a HR & Business Development Administration Officer to support our Human Resources department and Business Development Department.

HR: You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

BD: Backend admin support for business development projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain personnel records, attendance, leaves and claims.
- Update internal databases
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, like employment contracts
- Respond to employees’ questions on HR-related issues
- Prepare payroll and maintain payroll records
- Provides orientation for new employees by reviewing company policies, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintain insurance matter related to staff, as well as liaising with insurance company;
- Application of work permits for foreign employees
- Assist in submission of documents for project tenders
- Simple research work on new projects
- Assist with marketing collaterals and social media postings

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma holders (relevant HR & Admin experience an advantage)
- Meticulous and organized
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently
