As a Senior Developer & Analyst (Salesforce), Enterprise Applications, we will rely you to:
Manage the end-to-end development of new modules, features and change requests for B2B systems
Gather business requirements and translate into technical specifications.
Create and manage project plan and be responsible for the timely delivery. Ensure product is properly configured, tested, and implemented.
Ensure project details are well documented and an optimal solution is developed. Document As Is process and develop To-Be Process.
Identify areas in which the product can be improved to better serve business needs.
Conduct code review, develop test cases, develop test scripts for quality assurance. Conduct user acceptance testing and training.
Code jointly with internal and external developers as and when needed. Write test classes for the class to ensure more than 85% code coverage.
Ensure adherence of the final deliverable to the stated requirements and assist in production deployment.
Manage & coordinate with project teams and external vendors. Interact with internal and/or external stakeholders to support software releases and/or resolve problems.
Perform duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors or reporting managers.

**We are looking for someone who has**:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant discipline.
Experience in managing Hospitality B2B systems and integration to other Hospitality Systems. Hospitality domain knowledge will be critical for success.

**Certification**: Salesforce development certification is essential.
2+ years of Business Analysis experience.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning component development and Lightning design development.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Admin (managing users, security controls, roles, profiles ).
Should have worked with an editor such as WelkinSuite/Eclipse and Github.
Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to give optimal solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in a professional, responsive, and friendly manner.
Ability to travel up to 10% if necessary.
Ability to converse in English and Chinese

**Added Advantage**: Development experience in other low code platforms & Microsoft Technologies.
