**Description**:
As Chief Technology Officer, you will work in collaboration with the CEO and other functional groups in the Company to align Tech development with the overall Business Strategy and Product Roadmap of the Company, and thereafter be responsible for leading and developing the technology of the Company.

This will require handling of the delivery of the development efforts within and across Mogul’s digital products, quality control, and timely delivery of tasks. You will serve as the primary node of leadership and operations control for the software development team, and oversee the iterative growth of the Company’s technology and infrastructure demands.

Mogul seeks a dynamic, committed, and forward looking individual to grow in strength to strength with the Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with CEO, Business, and Marketing Leads to plan and develop a technology roadmap in conjunction with Business and Product demands, and build a vision for scalable future growth as the company evolves.
- Manage activities of the Tech Team: comprising of Frontend/Backend/Full Stack Developers, ArcGIS Engineers, and UIUX designers and artists across various work locations and time zones with any form of Agile methodology.
- Planning, Monitoring, and Control of development team activities, and implementing risk control where required to facilitate overcoming of roadblocks.
- Coordination with external service providers where necessary.
- Provide support and guidance for all Technical matters.
- Be the company’s confident representative for technical endeavours.

**Requirements**:

- Computer Science / Information Technology background.
- 2-3 years’ experience Development experience with modern Web and Mobile Application stacks.
- At least 5 years’ experience of Technical Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects throughout SDLC.
- Demonstrated Business Acumen and strategic thinking
- Proficient with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and empathetic communication skills, and all round team player.
- Passionate about Technology solutions and with an eye on continuous improvement.
- Formal Certification in Project Management e.g. SCRUM, PMI-ACP, or PMP is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity and experience with ESRI ArcGIS suites and/or data visualization projects is highly advantageous.

- No fear of diving into Code and Database and getting your hands dirty.
