The Analytics & Insights team has been a key contributor to driving Domino’s industry-leading sales growth by pairing strategic thought leadership with the latest analytic techniques in the fields of data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and primary research.
This Specialist role reports to the Director of Asia Analytics & Insights. This individual will primarily be tasked with helping to drive sales in our largest Asia Pacific markets by consulting with our Master Franchisees’ analytics and insights teams. This role will also collaborate with International marketing, business consulting, digital, technology, supply chain, and training teams to identify opportunities and set priorities for Domino’s markets worldwide. Success in this role requires a combination of analytics expertise, consulting, and training skillsets to support Master Franchisees at different stages of analytical complexity.
**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Consult Domino’s Asia Pacific markets on key topics such as pricing and offers analytics, digital analytics, product development, media effectiveness, and design of experiment.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business, the challenges, and demonstrate the ability to identify additional growth opportunities that can be acted upon
- Establish strong understanding of the broader Analytics & Insights department initiatives and methodologies
- Develop relationships and provide guidance to our Master Franchisees and internal business partners
- Present best practices and recent findings to both internal and international leadership teams
- Take lead role in further development/innovation of analytic tools to support the international field organization
- Build a strong working knowledge of the many internal and external data sources to leverage
- Mine and synthesize across data sources to help address opportunities leveraging SQL and other analytic techniques
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or another related field
- 5+ years professional related experience or Master’s in one of the fields listed above, or 3+ years in a leading management consulting company
- Proficient in SQL if possible
- Strong PowerPoint presentation building and communication skills
- Experience in advanced analytics techniques, including regression, analysis of variance, pre-post assessment, break-even analyses, and/or time series modeling
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Ability to travel up to 10%
