**About this role**
The Acoustic Consultant will be responsible for the development and enhancement of Arup Acoustics’ existing capability and consequential business growth in Singapore and the region (eg Malaysia and Indonesia).

**What will I do?**
- Provide acoustics design input on key projects in the region (eg Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia).
- Supporting the team leader (Acoustics and Audiovisual Design) in business development and marketing.
- Managing wide range of acoustics projects (eg Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia) including managing of time, quality and cost performance of projects.
- Extend relationships with existing key clients to enable an expansion of business opportunities for the acoustics, and (where appropriate) other business groups within the region.
- Liaising with other Arup business groups within and across the region, providing particular expertise in acoustics as appropriate.

**What will I bring?**
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Acoustics, Physics and etc) or similar area;
- Minimum 3 year of relevant industry experience in providing specialist technical acoustics design advice within a consulting business environment including the ability to advise clients on cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- A commitment to enabling positive, respectful, and inclusive team environments
- Strong commercial acumen to provide consultative approach when gathering information and opinions while working on a solution.
