**Marketing & Video Content Specialist (Design & Marketing team)**

In this role you will be tasked with creating compelling marketing content and storytelling to help sell/promote NEXT P&P teams and products.

You will help support NEXT P&P, product teams and other teams within NCS with creative product/marketing video content, demos, event videos and photos, thought leadership content, recruiting and social media campaigns, to be used on corporate and product websites, social media platforms and other media platforms in line with channel/content strategy defined.

Marketing & Video Content Specialists spend their days working with team leads, marketing team members, designers, agencies, corporate communication leaders and other stakeholders to ensure videos and other content meets marketing/branding objectives. A jack-of-all-trades in the digital marketing landscape, you will spend some days “on-site” where the video is being shot, and other days in the office editing video, creating video snippets for various social or media channels, developing copy for the video delivery, such as for a landing page, or for a social post.

**Use a variety of technical skills**

In addition to understanding the storytelling aspect and shooting/editing content, the Marketing & Video Content Specialist should be proficient in software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects & Photoshop. You should be digitally savvy and familiar with LinkedIn, Facebook and Google marketing tools, although some on-job training will be provided in these areas.

**Use your soft skills to communicate with and work in a team**

Ideally you will have strong soft skills, stakeholder management skills, as well as project management skills. You will need these not only to gather project requirements and objectives but also to be able to communicate the technical details of a project to these stakeholders, in a manner they can understand in order to meet project expectations.
