**What you will do**:
**Team Leadership**
- Assign and rotate responsibilities.
- Manage team development.
- Monitor performance.
**Customer Collaboration and Improvement**
- Drive improvements with affiliates.
- Participate in cross-functional projects.
- Conduct monthly reporting and reviews.
**Customer Order Processing and Shipment Management**
- Ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage backlog and communicate proactively.
- Ensure accurate billing and CN issuance.
**What you bring**:
- Experience _
- 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Environment
- Customer service experience with customer centric mindset
- Leadership experience is highly preferred
- Personal competencies _
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
