**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for allocating responsibilities and overseeing operations for assigned areas and lines whilst monitoring productivity against established targets.
- Lead and drive collaboration efforts required to deliver quality and compliance performance for the shift.
- Initiate, manage and make operational decisions that impact product quality during the shift.
- Oversee materials management and operate the shifts according to safety and quality standards for the production area.
- Plan and manage production activities to drive operational efficiency and excellence and should possess underlying technical knowledge of equipment and system within the plant.
- Drive yield and OEE performance, understand the drivers and develop and execute plans to improve line performance with support from cross-functional teams.
- Ensures shift area implements and utilizes solutions and technologies in support of improved safety, quality, and continuous improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Develop and build high-performing teams; aligned to the company mission by building technical competencies within the production shift team.
- Ability to communicate issues, goals, and objectives effectively and manage competing requests in a complex, changing environment.
- Communicates and coordinates work activities with other areas in the manufacturing facility - QA, other shift supervisors, Maintenance, EHS, Planning, and Warehousing.
- Comply strictly to highly regulated standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with the FDA, SFA, or other appropriate regulatory agencies is preferred.
- Experience leading and developing a manufacturing shift/area in a complex, changing environment to deliver business objectives.
- Experience using tools and systems such as SAP, Optiva, Six Sigma, TPS, or Lean.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Close attention to detail and experience with detailed documentation of tasks performed.
- Proven ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work with mínimal direction, in a team-based environment.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
