**JOB SUMMARY**
- To plan, coordinate and conduct programmes in Rehabilitation Services

To be the liaison officer for volunteers in the centre

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Programme**
- Plan, coordinate and conduct programmes under Rehab Services using Clubhouse concept
- Prepare two weekly Rehab Services programmes by coordinating with staff and volunteers in charge of the various programmes.
- Ensure smooth running of all programmes (booking of rooms, uploading of materials to computer, photo-copying of materials if necessary, gathering of members, marking of attendance, etc)
- Submit department monthly report to Senior Manager by collating updates of events/ participation statistics and brief write-up on monthly ad-hoc events by the 6th of each month.
- Organize or assist in the coordination of logistics arrangements for members' events whenever necessary.
- Take turns to organize outings and members' events

**Volunteer Management**
- Coordination and orientation of volunteers
- Coordination and orientation of student group

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Passion to work with persons with mental health issues
- Emphatic
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamplayer
- Good organisation skills
