We are hiring for a **APAC Training Manager** based in Singapore who will report to the Commercial Excellence Director. This senior position will define sales training needs across APAC to improve selling skills, design onboarding training framework and establish sales training program across APAC regions.

**Summary of this position**:

- To lead, co-ordinate, develop and deliver training programmes for all roles in the sales function across APAC to ensure they have the required capabilities to carry out their roles effectively.
- Ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force by analyzing needs, designing programs, and delivering selling skills/sales management skills.
- To conduct training needs analysis assessment across APAC and make recommendations on appropriate training and development plans at an organizational.
- In collaboration with marketing lead, deliver the required internal training program as part of launch excellence, ensuring sufficient levels of knowledge and capability are attained in order to sell the products in the most efficient manner.
- Follow up on the STRIVE Programme and ensure all necessary training programmes are conducted in a timely manner.
- Other duties as required

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conduct organization diagnosis across APAC to identify any competency gaps and training needs.
- Develop an ongoing regional training plan based on needs to ensure all teams are fully able to achieve an excellent level of performance.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing colleagues to understand the competitive environment, key products and key challenges; and find ways to effectively overcome these. Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback from attendees and supervisors to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Run and deliver training programs for Sales Teams across APAC to improve their selling skills.
- Lead the design and implementation of selling skills training programs for the sales team and sales leadership.
- Ensure Best Practice Sharing across the region and develop new trainers in each market.
- Manage the Regional Training budget.
- Identify external training courses and keep up to date with new methods or approaches that may benefit the team.
- Localize and implement all global programs and initiatives across all BAs.
- Support the implementation of all global processes and tools within the field of ComEx.
- Track progress and measure impact of all programs and initiatives, and keep all stakeholders updated on a regular basis.
- Develop and support the National Sales Managers and Sales Managers in their key tasks; pipeline management, opportunity reviews, coaching, co-visits, create and execute on PDPs and using tools and systems in an efficient way.
- On a regular basis attend co-visits to coach the Sales Managers and be updated on the daily sales work and gather customer insights.
- Develop innovation in training formats, materials, delivery and in information retention based on the latest trends in Training & Development in adult learning.
- Ensure all internal education and development is in accordance to Mölnlycke learning principle of 70:20:10.
- Ensure all new starters in sales and marketing have had a robust and consistent onboarding through the Molnlycke Induction training program, including examination with pass requirement so they are effective in their job role post induction (Molnlycke GO).
- To lead the training pillar within a launch team for all product launches across Wound, Gloves and ORS business areas with effective methods of testing skill and knowledge.
- To conduct a regional annual training needs analysis assessment for the sales team and present to the Regional ComEx Lead the recommendations for raising proficiency levels with an overview of the costs required for submission into the annual budget process.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Has strong passion & purpose in sales training**:

- **6-8 years of sales training experience in MNC pharma or Medtech industries**:

- **Fluent in English and Mandarin (Japanese a bonus)**:

- **Able to travel frequently (up to 70%)**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business / Management is a plus.**:

- **Experience sales manager background with proven strong sales performance.**:

- **Ability to rapidly convert instructor-led materials into highly interactive, engaging and** **meaningful curriculum.**:

- **Strong coaching, mentoring and motivational skills.**:

- **High level of customer centricity (both internal & external stakeholders)**:

- **Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and visual communication skills.*
