Ict Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a ICT Procurement Specialist to be part of a dynamic ICT procurement team to transform HDB’s fast-paced ICT procurement environment.
**What you will be working on**
You will collaborate with various ICT stakeholders to develop strategic procurement plan and approach that value add in the smooth implementation of HDB programmes and initiatives. You will play an important role in the entire ICT procurement cycle from planning to sourcing, evaluating, seeking approvals and managing contracts. Being a highly regarded professional in ICT procurement and contract management, you should be a decisive and driven individual who takes a proactive approach to ICT procurement requirements with project stakeholders. The scope of work includes planning procurement schedules, carrying out the procurement activities in accordance with government policies and procedures, and identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
**What we are looking for**
Strong background in infocomm, business or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in both procurement and ICT - Good knowledge of government infocomm environment, procurement and contract management practices, preferably with hands-on knowledge of GeBIZ - Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills - Meticulous and independent, has excellent communication (both written & verbal) and be able to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management.
