**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handle full spectrum of HR activities and ensure compliance of work processes - Payroll, HR Database, Performance Appraisal exercise, Staff Engagement and Disciplinary issues
- Manage and administer all work related to the end-to-end recruitment and selection and off-boarding cycle, from initial sourcing to selection and on-boarding through to employees’ exit
- Develop effective and suitable recruitment strategy and method for various positions
- Administer and execute HR policies and programs
- Handle employee relations and employees’ enquiries on company’s HR policies and procedures and employee certification
- Oversea office and facilities management when required
- Liaise closely with hiring managers to meet manpower needs

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
- Meticulous, proactive, independent and good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Highly self-driven with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast paced and growth focused start-up company
- Able to work under pressure and ambiguity.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month

**Benefits**:
