Our platform empowers journalists to take control of their content, helping them find the best stories faster while broadening their influence as trusted voices in an evolving digital world.

**Our Company**
- We’re a fast-growing startup founded in late 2023, with 10+ employees.

- Built by an experienced founder team, with 10+ years of PR industry experience.

- Results-oriented. Standard working hours with protected weekends
- Product team consists of 1 local senior software engineer with 15+ years of experience and 1-2 interns. We are looking for a team leader with strong technicals -one who can go beyond the role of an individual contributor while also providing management oversight.

**Job Role: CTO/Tech Lead equivalent**

Founding team consists of 2 business-focused co-founders. We have gathered significant traction since inception in early 2024, with strong sales figures and robust financials. The CEO is a second time founder with a past successful exit, and the COO has strategic and quantitative experience. Excellent communication skills will be needed to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**The Ideal Profile**:

- Based in Singapore and with full-stack experience in software development, ideally having led teams in product development for startups.
- Able to clearly communicate and translate business objectives into actionable tasks. Able to work collaboratively with business and operational leaders to structure a roadmap and working plan.
- Fast learner with strong academic credentials and background. Strong pattern recognition skills and structured thought processes which result in clear communications. Solution and outcome-driven mindset.

**Tech Stack**:

- Front end in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/TypeScript, alongside JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js. Currently running on Remix.
- Knowledge of database/backend - Prisma, Supabase, PostgreSQL
