Job Description**
Team Summary**
The Data Solutions team is responsible for leading the strategy, prioritisation, development and delivery of Visa’s product roadmap for all data and risk solutions in the Asia Pacific markets. The team collaborates with local and global stakeholders to develop the go-to-market for Visa’s open data capabilities, scale Visa’s risk and authentication solutions, as well as deliver Visa’s data solutions roadmap. Our aim is to enable Visa clients and partners to drive better customer engagement and outcomes to grow their business. The team is at the vanguard of transforming Visa’s business model to capture new payment flows and increase value-added services revenue.

**What a Senior Manager: Authentication Products does at Visa**:
The Senior Manager: Authentication Products at Visa, will have responsibility for the management of authentication products in Asia Pacific, focusing on Visa Consumer Authentication Service (VCAS). You will contribute to the strategy, prioritization and deployment of the VCAS solution in the Asia Pacific region. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including partners and clients in the development of solutions, contributing to solution design, deployment and performance of the service.
This role is based in the Asia Pacific regional hub at Singapore and will work closely with priority markets on product management and solution development.

Specific areas of accountability will include:

- Spearheading sales and client engagement for the AP region, being the prime advocate driving adoption of the VCAS platform
- Proactive management of the sales pipeline including forecasting, client contracting, implementation management and billing
- Implementing measures of continuous improvement with clients including reviews and optimisation of the service
- Being an SME and advocate for Visa authentication solutions, conducting workshops and training on authentication on Visa Secure, VCAS and other tools with multiple players in the ecosystem including clients, merchants, regulators, and Visa’s various functional units across AP
- Being the internal advocate for the implementation of Asia Pacific requirements with regional and global teams.
- Providing guidance and expertise to product and client facing teams and support discussions with prospective clients on authentication with specific focus on Visa’s solutions.
- Providing input and leadership on regulatory and industry developments.
- Close monitoring of market trends, emerging technologies and prospective partners in the authentication space.

The Senior Manager: Authentication Solutions will report to the Senior Director of AP Authentication Solutions.

- Minimum Bachelor Degree ideally, a BA/BS/B Eng. degree in related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in conjunction with a less technical bachelor’s degree
