Clinic Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Overall in-charge of clinic day-to-day operation
- Manage and handle all staff enquiries, hiring, training and supervision
- Plan and manage clinic operation budget, cash flow, inventory log, and all other
related issues
- Plan and assist DBC Clinic in providing a quality multi-disciplinary approach to active
rehabilitation and pain care management
- Full knowledge of DBC Rehabilitation Devices and to conduct DBC device training to
Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Trainers
- Full knowledge of Yamuna Ball Therapy to integrate it into patient rehabilitation
programme clinically
- Full knowledge of Yoga Science and Mind Body Practice to integrate it into patient
rehabilitation programme clinically
- Work closely with Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Trainers to plan and monitor
patient recovery progress, including initial/ final assessment, patient progress
meetings, clinical trial runs, patient case studies, and planning of patient rehabilitation
treatment
- Assist in the gym floor with the prescribed rehabilitation treatments whenever needed
- Manage patients enquiries and conduct patient recovery service whenever necessary
- Communicate with patients respective doctors with regards to patients progress, DBC
rehabilitation procedure and treatment outcome
Report to DBC Management with regards to clinic operation and updates
- Manage and work in coordination with admin staff, physiotherapist and trainers to
ensure smooth clinic operation
- Non-disclosure of confidential company and client personal information
- Responsible and deliver great customer service
**Requirements**:
- Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Leadership and People Management.
- Diploma or Degree in Rehabilitation / Sport Science/ Yoga Science
- Possess Yamuna Practitioner license for more than 5 years experience in practise.
- Certificate of practise in Yoga and Pain Science or any relevant certificate with Pain
Management courses
- Minimally more than 5 years relevant experience in the healthcare sector, particularly
in the area of active rehabilitation
- Minimally 5 - 7 years of management and administrative experience
