Recognised expert in content from within content group and wider stakeholders. Point of contact from across the business for enhancements, projects, knowledge, client escalations etc.
- Project Management:
- Initiate tasks and projects within scope of roadmaps and agreed priorities, prioritising content enhancements for operations (ensuring end-to-end process integration) coordinating with stakeholder teams (Implementation, Development, Business etc.).
- Ensure timely and successful implementation of content enhancements by collaborating with Development/Technology and Operations to ensure CEM projects attain agreed operations and S&Q standards.
- Maintain project documentation and content specification
- Co-ordinate major projects within single team / group of teams.
- Content Process Management:
- Represent Benchmark Operations to the other teams and regional representatives when on-boarding or transitioning content.
- Provide training and support for content analysts both directly (planning, designing and delivery training modules) and through actions and observable behaviours.
- Perform reviews and implement enhancement projects to data management front-to-back processes (data creation/ingestion through to Timeseries archiving) to deliver and lead on content enhancements and infrastructure initiatives.
- To ensure an efficient flow of contributed, fed, and dealt data to the real-time network.
- Maintain the integrity of historical records.
- Utilise core Refinitiv front-to-back technology and systems to perform benchmark publications and monitoring tasks.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Working within a regulated space that requires high standards of work with an understanding of existing and planned, regulatory requirements (i.e. IOSCO, EU Benchmark Regulation).
- Compile reports for Administrators and Financial Associations.
- Participate in regular internal and external audit.
- Service:
- Clarify content policy issues and collection methodologies in collaboration with data operations teams, regional representatives & within content capability.
- Resolve high priority queries and escalations from both internal and external clients. Take ownership of escalated issues and manage product/service outages.
- Build and maintain relationships with with different resolver levels across the organization
- To be involved effectively during Service Incidents/Outages, and to engage in the IRT process and assist in data recovery across datasets.
- Utilise various Service & Quality reports to propose strategic and tactical improvements to drive client satisfaction.
