We are looking for a UX Writer that helps shape product experiences by crafting clear and concise copy that helps users complete the task at hand, as well as helping the brand to connect with their customers globally and at scale. They will set the tone for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Research industry-related topics (online sources, usability studies and interviews)
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics to improve site interaction (Google Analytics, search)
- Use data and analytics to brainstorm and guide content decisions
- Offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process, and influence strategic decisions across and within products to improve the overall experience
- Write clear functional copy to provide clear instructions for transactional flows (booking a flight, making a redemption, checking in, etc.)
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers to illustrate page content
- Provide guidance to junior writers

**Key attributes**:

- 5+ years professional writing experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional partners
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A systems-thinker who loves to build simple and elegant experiences for complex products
- A holistic user experience problem solver that considers every facet of the user journey.
