The role of Senior System Analyst is to manage internal Digitalization rojects and ensure schedules are in progress, requirements and scope are met and the project is executed within management defined guidelines and within the budget.

The role also includes communication and engagement with various stakeholders within the specific domain.
- Degree in IT or Computer Science]
- 5 years & above of relevant experience
- Experience of global system implementation or support & maintenance especially for CRM (customer relationship management)
- Global project management experience
- High level business knowledge for CRM such as marketing, sales, service area.
- Committed and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
