Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

As our international organization expands rapidly and becomes more complex, the Enablement team identifies strategic priorities, opportunities, pain points, provides insights and revolutionary solutions; so that we build better efficiency and consistency into the organization and promote global synergy under localized decision making.

As a Program Manager on our Trust and Safety team, you'll act as project manager, consensus creator, and thought partner to the leadership team. You'll run points on essential cross-functional projects across the organization and plan major planning exercises. This is the role for you if you are deeply passionate about cross-functional project management, high-level thinking, and on-the-ground execution.

What will I be doing?
- You'll serve as the liaison between staff and senior leaders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning;
- You'll oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership;
- You'll assist and communicate with the senior leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation;
- You'll build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies;
- You'll improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity;

- You have practical project/program management experience in a complex, matrixed, and ideally high growth environment;
- You have the ability to effectively interface with customers and internally across cross-functional teams (management, engineering, marketing, etc);
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style and comfortable working in the grey.
