**Team Introduction**:
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

**Job Scope**:

- Support non-China business leaders to do financial planning, budgeting and analysis;
- Act as primary contact for all the finance functions when business leaders raise requirements regarding finance;
- Take initiative to provide insights based on financial and business information;
- Provide financial models and perspectives to support business decisions;
- Search for areas of opportunities and improvements based on professional knowledge;
- Prepare financial report on periodical basis and ad hoc basis;
- Review reasonableness of projects, contracts and expenses based on assigned delegations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree and above, preferably finance and accounting related
- More than 8 years' in finance business partnering and audit Big 4 experience
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications preferred
