**About the Job**
Stakeholder Management
- Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
- Manage stakeholder information to collect data and provide regular consolidated updates on project deliverables.
- Respond effectively, clearly, and promptly to all queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Project Administration
- Assist members of the Government Partnerships team with all administrative functions and processes.
- Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion.
- Monitor all moving parts of the project, ensuring synchronization and forward progress.
- Analyze project data and produce progress reports.
- Foster positive and productive stakeholder relationships.
Budget Management
- Seek necessary input and information to create an annual project budget, and monitor expenditures to ensure they align with the FEM.
Change and Risk Management
- Provide appropriate tools and templates to manage necessary changes consistently across various project teams, ensuring that business-as-usual (BAU) processes and out-of-the-ordinary initiatives and activities are clearly understood, planned, developed, and delivered.
- Ensure all project risks are effectively and efficiently managed in collaboration and consultation with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation
- Regularly report to team and project sponsor on progress, maintain clear documentation on decision paths, challenges, successes, and learnings for future projects and document lessons learned as the project develops.
- Document meeting minutes, decision paths and maintain an up-to-date SharePoint site
**About You**
- Associate's or bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Organized and focused.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Culturally aware and respectful.
