**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting Group HR Manager in full employee experience from Recruitment, employee matters, welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance and operations
- Coordinating office activities and operations
- Liaison and supporting internship activities
- Assist in administration duties like liaison of vendors, postal, dispatch arrangements, receiving of walk-ins visitors, phone calls
- Support in procurement of office supplies, stationeries & preparation/checking of claims
- Assist Group HR Manager on ad hoc projects & organizing of welfare activities
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of handson experiences for the above nature of work
- Attentive and eager to learn, great initiative, outgoing and a team player
- Ability to build relationship with all level of staff and inter departments head and management
- Able to start work immediately is preferred
