**Job Summary**:
You will leads repairs, corrective maintenance, and complex installations. You will act as a mentor to guides others in resolving incidents, and recommends new procedures to resolve faults.

**Responsibilities**

Facility/Infrastructure Maintenance
- Performs site inspections and monitors the building and IBX (data center) alarms
- Performs preventative maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures), or manages vendors
- Leads repairs and corrective maintenance
- Contributes to mentoring other team members on repairs and preventative maintenance
- Leads and coordinates critical infrastructure operations

Site Administration
- Completion of site logs and issuing of permits, such as MOPs and scripts

Incident Management
- Instructs on-site staff during incidents

Work Orders
- Leads others with work requests and circuit installations
- Performs capacity management

Collaboration
- Identifies and understands underlying issues probes the facts
- Can identify component level faults and provide recommendations for new procedures
- Utilizes resources outside of the department as necessary

Additional Projects
- Leads infrastructure project activities
- May recommend infrastructure projects
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years relevant experience in data center or critical infrastructure environment
- Experience in managing critical facilities such as BMS etc
- Good communication skills
