Introduction
The role will oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of Customer Service (CS) functions and business. This position will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing effective solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service operations.
Diversity
Tasks
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports related to customer service activities, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the order release, turnover to ensure timely and accurate order processing while minimizing delays and bottlenecks.
- Identify coverage differences in customer service operations and work collaboratively with relevant teams to address and rectify any gaps in service.
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze customer service performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in process reviews, brainstorming sessions, and suggesting innovative ways to enhance the customer service experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to ensure the customer service function remains competitive and effective.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and
management, providing clear and concise updates on customer service performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Conduct any activities required to ensure the Customer Service Lead-to-Cash process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Business analytics and capturing market trends and devise / propose the financial models.
Required qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.
Competencies
- Good critical and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including and written English.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and cross diverse cultures with regional perspectives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of SAP & Power BI.

- Reports directly to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), SEA
- Work closely with Customer Service Director, SEA
