Roles & Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the management of the architectural program, processing of design submissions, handling of material selection and approvals, in order to ensure the timely completion of project.

To be accountable for the successful planning, execution, and verification of architectural works on-site, including effective liaison with clients, sub-contractors and the project team for discrepancy resolution and to take charge in project progress monitoring.

Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of technical documents, including construction drawings and specifications.

To design comprehensive plans to define timelines, milestones, and its resource allocation.

To identify and recommend practical solutions for sub-contractors to address diverse site and construction challenges and ensure its supervision and proper documentation.

Oversee other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Degree in Architecture or Civil engineering or its equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in architectural work in construction.

Possesses effective communication skills and excels in building rapport with others.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
