Responsibilities:

- Effective submission of Method statements approvals to be coordinated/reviewed by the relevant team before the commencement of work
- Monitor, coordinate, and supervise all architectural work on site
- Liaise and coordinate closely with archi team on submission status of materials and shop drawing approvals
- Coordinate, monitor, and control Architectural subcontractor's progress and quality of works
- Coordinate and work closely with archi team in solving technical and detailing issues of Architectural works as per site condition
- Attend Project coordination meetings if necessary
- Conduct inspections (e.i. with RTO) to ensure workers are carried out according to contract specifications, codes of practices, and safety regulations
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Architectural or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in construction supervision of architectural works specifically for MRT projects in Singapore
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and engineers
- Must be in Singapore to attend face-to-face interviews

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
