Location: Yio Chu Kang

**Responsibilities**:
- Keep a record of stocks and ensure that stocks are in order and updated.
- Source for suppliers, negotiate and purchase goods at competitive pricing.
- Perform data entry, sort and file purchase documents, review purchasing activities including delivery order.
- Assist in stock taking and inventory control.
- Obtain sign-off for all administrative forms.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and updates
- Other duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least O’s Level or equivalent
- Relevant working experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
