A fund management company is looking to hire a Fund Operations Analyst under the CFO.

A fund management company is looking to hire a Fund Operations Analyst under the CFO. You will be responsible for the following.
- Coordinate and execute subscription and redemption processes in accordance with fund guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with fund administrators on reviewing and validating fund Net Asset Value (NAV) documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on investors.
- Perform due diligence on potential investors to assess suitability and manage investor onboarding process.
- Handle filings with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as required.
- Coordinate audit processes and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new investors, including the completion of necessary documentation and account setup.

Bachelor with 4 to 8 years of work experience in fund accounting or fund operations or investor relations is preferred.
