Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, dispatching and accepting registered mails and courier services.
- Assist the management in executing the HR and admin.
- Perform reception duties such as, answering, screening and redirecting all incoming calls to respective personnel.
- Responsible for inventory control of office and pantry supplies, printing of name cards.
- Support company events or activities including organizing, coordinating or liaising with venue operators as well as logístical arrangements.
- Gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
- Make administrative/ procedural decisions and judgments.
- Prepare basic analysis and consolidate weekly summary reports.
- Maintain records.
- Ensure proper operation of the implemented Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
- All other duties and assignments as determined by Asst GM.
