**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Overview**
- This is a dynamic role for an experienced Corporate Communications Executive with dual functions: in (1) Internal Branding and Communications, and (2) Assist in Human Resource activities
- This role is vital in shaping and maintaining a positive corporate culture, ensuring alignment with the brand identity, and enhancing our company's reputation

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive content and internal communication activities to support corporate objectives, enhance brand awareness, and engage stakeholders.
- Implement internal communication activities/events to reinforce PRECISE’s brand values among employees and foster better employee relations.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and site offices to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and projects, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Corporate Communications, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate communications or related fields, preferably within a construction environment.
- Demonstrated ability in multitask management, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in communication tools including social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
