A Research Fellow position is available in the Centre for Bio-Devices and Bio-Informatics, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
- Development of 2D and quasi-2D thin films as barrier and tunneling layers for the resonant tunneling structures
- Development of vacuum stacking process for 2D/quasi-2D stack
- Development of resonant tunneling devices

**Job Requirements**:

- PhD in Material, Chemistry, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
- Cleanroom experience is preferred
- Expertise in resonant tunneling structures and devices
- Experiences in semiconductor vertical heterojunction devices
- Publication track record is an advantage
- Experiences in any stack and transfer-print of semiconductor materials are preferred
- Proficiency in English
