- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Head of Training Services, APAC to lead all business operations and business development for our Bridging Minds training business (BridgingMinds Network Pte Ltd.), with responsibility for the overall success of the business.

The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic plan.

This role will report to SVP, APAC.

**As the Head of Training Services, APAC, you will**:

- Oversee the companys financial performance, investments and other business ventures
- Drive the sales team to achieve companys target across all market segments (End-customer, System integrator, Individuals)
- Initiate and sign new partnerships with training content providers to further enhance the portfolio of Professional courses available to our customers
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, vendors, government and training authorities
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of business goals by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and implemented all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
- Represent the company to ensure appropriate representation and profile in the training market

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal Head of Training Services, APAC**:

- Proven experience leading a business unit ideally in a training related function.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales leadership ideally ina related training function or business
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Thorough knowledge of IT, distribution and training market changes and forces that influence the business success
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with P&L accountability
- Familiarity with Singapore funding and Regional training market activities and business dynamics.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant educational qualifications
