This organization has a recognizable name. With their growth plans set up, they are expanding their operations. Currently, they seek for an Agriculture Operations Executive to assist them in their Operations team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle full spectrum of Agricultural operations (Dry bulk and container)

Ensure cargo insurance are in place

Calculate vessel laytime finalization with buyers/sellers/shipowners

Ensure Export and Import Letter of Credit (LC) are timely processed/applied

Ensure all documents are ready for submission to Banks and Treasury for Trade Financing or for Documentary collection/L/C negotiation

Ensure receipt of payments from buyers

Work closely with Traders, Trade Finance, Finance and other relevant departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree Holder (Business, Economics, Logistics, International Finance) or any other relevant educations

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Agricultural Operations experience in the Commodities industry handling Dry bulk and container

Highly organized, meticulous, team player, has good interpersonal and communication skills
