As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to assist in the smooth operation of sales and commercial processes. **Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with the sales team to assist with periodic sales forecasting and planning.
Monitor and manage commercial tasks such as price lists, receivables (SOA/LC), and order cycle management.
Assist customers in pre-qualifying solutions, ensuring the Diehl Metering brand is approved, and obtaining necessary local certifications. Provide initial techno-commercial support.
Support Sales Managers in preparing tenders and commercial proposals.
Contribute to the development of the Sales strategy for the region.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, or someone with a few years of relevant experience in a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of sales operations, order management, and receivables tracking is an advantage.
Able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional language skills are a plus.
