WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Senior Human Resource Advisor for the Asia Pacific, you will serve as employees’ first point of contact in the Asia Pacific (APAC) primarily Korea, Japan, and other countries in APAC, for questions about HR policies and processes. Responsible for answering employees’ queries in a timely and professional manner, routing them to the appropriate individual as necessary while tracking all customer contact in the internal corporate database in accordance with global process & policy.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that employees’ inquiries are responded to in a timely manner and within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure advice provided to customers complies with company policies and procedures and statutory laws and regulations
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by fairly resolving escalated issues, taking appropriate corrective action, and redirecting to the relevant internal and external parties for resolution.
- Identify key call-outs for contact inquiry improvements
- Involve and participate in Global HR projects or key business initiatives as required
- Be flexible to perform other HR Shared Services work as required from time to time
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role (based in Singapore) will be a member of the Asia Pacific HR Advisory team, reporting to the Manager, HR Direct Asia Pacific.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 1-year relevant work experience in Human Resources or HR Shared Services environment
- Proficient in Korean, Japanese and English languages are essential to support our employees in Korea, Japan, and other countries in APAC.
- Experience working in a call center environment and with HR systems, solutions, and technology
- Ability to partner with other team managers to identify and assist in enhancing departmental processes and procedures
- Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear, calm, and concise manner in both written and non-written forms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to multitask.
