**What will you be doing?**
- Providing day-to-day assistance to the Asia business across EM & FX and administration of approvals, expense management, market data, etc
- Liaising with various functions including Risk, Legal, Risk, HR, PCG, Audit, Compliance, BCM, and Operational Risk teams
- Providing support to Macro management in preparation for supervisory reviews
- Ensuring close connectivity and coordination with Markets Business Management team within the region and globally
- Ensuring the distribution of business updates and co-ordination on joint initiatives and resolving of operational issues
- Understanding and coordinating vigilance and actions around Risk and Control environment
- Generating Product Audits, Monitoring & Testing Reviews, Risk Control Self Assessments/Unauthorized Trading Reviews
- Working with Product teams on Business Development initiatives e.g., Analyzing on Profitability, COI, Savings, Budgeting, Financials, and trends

**What we’re looking for**:

- Degree educated with 2:1, CPA/CA /CFA qualifications preferred but not a must
- Good knowledge of Banking and Financial Products
- Excellent knowledge of Front to Back trade life cycle of Rates and FX products as well as its key control points
- Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a very dynamic environment, with rapidly changing priorities

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with various teams to action items for timely delivery
- Experience around process improvement and data analytics by using Machine learning tools such as Python/Hypercube etc
- Experience in Project management would be beneficial
- Have a positive mind-set, resilient and self-driven attitude and being self-aware
