About the job
Coordinate and align technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication between developers and operations teams.
Translate and clarify technical challenges for a variety of stakeholders, making complex technical issues understandable to non-technical audiences.
Regularly report on risks, issues, and progress to top management, providing clear and actionable updates.
Assist project managers and other leaders in coordinating technical activities and monitoring the progress of these activities.
Serve as a liaison between technical experts to facilitate project execution and delivery.
About you
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT landscape, with a comprehensive understanding of the current technological environment.
At least 1 year of experience in an IT coordination role, demonstrating the ability to manage complex technical projects.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with a track record of maintaining productive working relationships.
A basic technical background in software architecture or DevOps, with the ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts.
Hands-on software development experience.
Previous experience in a banking environment, with an understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
Project Management or Scrum Certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and mastery of project management skills.
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports that support decision-making.
