Singapore Cornerstone Global Partners Full time

Representing a top tier Chinese conglomerate, well known for ecommerce and other businesses, we are recruiting for a Global Benefits Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting, reviewing and execution of regional benefits programme in line with global directions and philosophy
- Responsible for communication, analysis of benefits programme and day to day related administration; not limited to medical/ insurance, retirement plans, health screening, compensation, well being etc.
- Analysing of relevant data and feedback to effectively assess benefits initiatives
- Supporting benchmarking exercise and assist to analyse global trends of the market
- Maintain and manage partnership with carriers, brokers and related vendors in delivering of high quality programs, based on best practices and compliance
- Effectively partnering with benefits vendors, validating and overseeing invoices/ bills based on contractual terms and processing of monthly related payments, as well as reconciliations of employee census
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree with 5-8 years of relevant benefits experience
- Regional / Global benefits experience is highly advantageous
- Experience in insurance benefits with strong stakeholder management skills required

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
