**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Manage our marketing financial strategy, leading the charge on budget planning and management across our marketing ecosystem
- Craft innovative financial models that unlock new value in our agency partnerships
- Transform complex financial data into actionable insights that drive marketing success

Agency Partnership Excellence
- Architect and lead strategic relationships with our creative and media agency partners
- Spearhead high-stakes negotiations with major media partners
- Drive performance optimization through smart scope planning and regular reviews
- Champion transparency and value delivery in all agency engagements

Financial Innovation & Analytics
- Create powerful financial narratives that inform strategic decision-making
- Lead the development of sophisticated tracking systems for agency costs and ROI
- Partner with key stakeholders to implement robust processes and controls
- Drive continuous improvement in our financial planning and analysis capabilities

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of progressive financial planning experience, backed by a relevant degree
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond numbers to drive business impact
- Advanced financial modeling expertise and technical proficiency with SAP
- Agency experience is a plus, but your strategic thinking and financial leadership matter most
