**Skills for Success**
- Min Degree
- Min 8 years of progressive financial planning experience
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond numbers to drive business impact
- Advanced financial modeling expertise and technical proficiency with SAP
- Excellent strategic thinking and financial leadership
- Agency experience is a plus
