**Job Description Summary**

Provides front-of-house, concierge, and workplace support services to ensure a smooth and professional experience for employees, visitors, and clients. Responsibilities include managing reception and access systems, responding to queries, maintaining shared spaces, coordinating meetings and events, handling logistics such as mail and supplies, and supporting day-to-day workplace operations. The role is key in delivering excellent customer service, upholding workplace standards, and ensuring seamless facility coordination.

**About the role**:

- Greet and assist visitors professionally; inform hosts upon arrival.
- Build strong client relationships and act on feedback to improve service.
- Issue staff and visitor access via facial recognition and CapitaStar.
- Maintain reception, meeting rooms, lounges, and shared spaces to high standards.
- Keep employee records, induction details, and guidelines updated on SharePoint.
- Provide input for newsletters and ensure concierge coverage per roster.
- Handle requests for car park, lockers, and facilities; update relevant systems.
- Log and escalate tenancy or workplace issues; conduct floor inspections as needed.
- Support meeting room use, including AV setup and basic tech assistance.
- Coordinate events, including catering, room setups, and tours.
- Manage mail and courier deliveries; oversee supplies and storage logistics.

**About you**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, customer service or a college degree
- Communication - Comfortable corresponding with executive level clients, and interacting with individuals at all levels
- EQ - Showcase exceptional emotional intelligence and empathy
- Organized - Detail oriented, confident, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
- Proactive - Maintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to act with mínimal information
- Character - Demonstrate integrity, accountability, self-awareness, and strong work ethic. Showcase strong business acumen.
- Professional - Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.

- Technology Proficiency - Ability to successfully use the Microsoft Suite and comfortability in learning proprietary tech tools.
