As an Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, treating, and managing various orthopaedic conditions for their diverse patient base. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate orthopaedic conditions, injuries, and disorders.
- Recommending and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, to aid in accurate diagnoses.
- Developing personalised treatment plans, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions, based on the patient's condition and individual needs.
- Performing surgeries, such as joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and fracture repairs, with the highest level of technical expertise and patient safety.
- Collaborating with other orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals within our clinic group to provide interdisciplinary care and facilitate referrals.
- Providing post-operative care, including follow-up appointments, rehabilitation plans, and ongoing monitoring of patient progress.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopaedic surgery techniques, research, and medical literature.
- Actively participating in marketing and educational initiatives to promote the orthopaedic services offered by the clinic group.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Medical degree from a recognised institution.
- Specialist registration or eligibility with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) as an Orthopaedic Surgeon.
- Extensive experience in orthopaedic surgery, with a focus on various subspecialties, such as joint replacement, sports medicine, trauma, or spine.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a broad range of orthopaedic conditions and injuries.
- Excellent surgical skills and the ability to perform complex procedures with precision and care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empathise with patients and their families.
- Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
