**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Logistics Admin Officer**
- Organise daily transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
- Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
- Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
- Matching 3rd party transporters invoices with daily transportation to ensure accuracy
- Updating equipment status for previous day equipment schedules.
- Communicate with customer with regards to next day delivery schedules timing.
- Issuance of Tow Back Form for equipment that broke down upon deliver / upon collection

**Working Days / Time**

Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5 45pm

Alternate Saturdays: 9 am - 12 45pm

**Transport**

Company bus provided. Pick up point near Boon Lay MRT.

**Requirements**:

- GCE "N' or "O" Level/ ITE/Diploma
- Good with Computer
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Able to speak and understand Chinese
