**Job Description
In 18 months, you get to know various business units, build up knowledge for potential future roles and expand your horizon with an insight into Private Banking Asia. Furthermore, in alignment with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will have the chance to commit for a social project. Take these diverse opportunities, build with us your own network and create the basis for a long-term career at LGT. We are looking for graduate trainees based in Singapore.

**1) Business & Front-office Support Stream**

You will be working in the main front-office support departments (Business Management and Front Office Support). Among others, you can expect following tasks: ‒ Support our front staff for their daily enquiries ‒ Support the supervision and management of the front staff ‒ Assist the respective team head in project related work You have the opportunity to join 2-3 specialist departments that support the Front (such as Investment Services, Wealth Planning or Trading & Treasury) for a short internship.

**2) Client Lifecycle Management Stream**

You will be working in several core departments that support the front in client onboarding, care and review. Among others, you can expect following tasks: ‒ Drive account opening (KYC and background checks, name screening), review (update client risk assessment) and documentation tasks (correctness and reasonableness check). ‒ Get to know the wide range of Compliance tasks from conducting client due diligence to reviewing of directives and approving of marketing documentations

**Requirements**:

- University degree (Master’s) from different backgrounds
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to listen with a continued hunger to learn and develop
- Determined and committed to take responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT following the successful completion of the Graduate Program
