**5 Days Work**

**9am-6pm**

**Responsibilities**:
Develop relationships with partners.
-Design and review test cases.
-Part of the team that develops innovative solutions based on customer requirements and oversees that the solution meets the customer’s functional requirements
-Perform business analysis and lead requirement gathering with the customer’s business users, IT users and IT vendors
-Propose alternate solutions to meet and improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions
-Communicate key insights to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.
-Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve business practices and efficiencies.

**Requirements**:
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or any related studies
Previous 2-4 years of proven work experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance
Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly
Preferably to have completed at least one (1) project using Scrum or equivalent as the Agile software development framework if participating in an Agile development project.
